One Child International and Child AbuseWatch were launched in 2008 as a means of sharing child abuse investigation resources and information with the 77,000 Guardian ad Litem (GAL) and Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) volunteers and staff in the U.S.. This expanded rapidly to include providing child abuse prevention and protection information to the public and child protection professionals.

Our founder and CEO, Evin Daly, had a 20-year career in advertising (Ogilvy) and emerging technology marketing. He retired from business in 2003 to concentrate on philanthropic projects.

Mr. Daly has specialized training in Forensic Behavioral Analysis from the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) in London - affiliated with the Serious Organized Crime Agency (SOCA) - with emphasis on the behaviors of sex offenders who abuse children. This includes offender assessment, treatment, management, risk assessment and advanced techniques for interviewing child sex offenders.
Evin has a Postgraduate Cert in Forensic Behavioral Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire
in Preston, UK.

He is a qualified Forensic Interviewer and has extensive experience interviewing victims, families and perpetrators of child abuse and domestic violence in his role as a child advocate, an abuse investigator and as a volunteer Guardian ad Litem in Palm Beach (15th Judicial Circuit).
